Eastern 1 of 9 – Seattle, WA – Spokane Valley, WA
Flew back to Seattle after such wonderful 9 days in Southern California & rejoining with Jimmy & start heading east – the last segment of our summer journey!

Northern Route – Day 4 – Olympia – Seattle (Thursday)
This morning Jimmy and I splitted. Jimmy going via coastal to Port Angels then ferry to Canada while I took 101 north to Port Townsend to catch ferry for Whidbey Island

Then on I go to another end of the Island to catch another ferry
Now on 2nd ferry for Mukileto then on to Seattle

Northern route Day 3 – Florence – Olympia (Wednesday)
Morning just north of Florence

Was great to see Gentry and chat with him! He hasn’t aged at all and looking good!

Northern route – day 2 Fortuna to Florence
What a cool n mostly fog ride today. Whenever we go inbound it s sunny and then back to foggy coastal area. The highlights are redwoods and pacific coastal in the fog’

Northern route day one – San Francisco to Fortuna
Starting in San Francisco we head north via pacific coast highway. Lots of winding road almost all the way! Not much sun. Temp average 57-59 most of the way till we go inland then it went up to 82

Hugging my Dearest Wife knowing that it is going to be so different especially after two wonderful weeks with my wife every day riding from Maryland to California. Now alone going north. Will miss her Dearly however will rejoin w my dearest family this coming Saturday evening.

Segment 2 of summer motorcycle trip
Google Map Champ!
Wanted to take the opportunity to share as to how magnificent google map is! Yesterday I brought my goldwing to Honda Motorcycle shop nearby in Daly City. A bit south of San Francisco for 16,000 mile service – change oil. Change spark plugs etc. 2-3 hours so decide to take city transportation back to join w my dearest family for the day. Here I show how it is being utilized as I return back to the shop in the afternoon to pick up our dear goldwing! (Yes we both love our bike very much!)
